Looks Aesthetics is a selectively curated team of dermatologists, aestheticians, and beauty experts. We offer all top-notch skincare treatments and make you aware about every aspect that the science of beauty has, to achieve your beauty goals. We provide and work upon latest innovations, share with you the best products and daily routines to provide you a holistic approach to maintain an aesthetically healthy look.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager at the Aesthetics wing of Looks Salon in New Delhi. The Aesthetics Clinic Manager is responsible for understanding customer needs, curating personalized treatment plans, and ensuring seamless execution while delivering exceptional customer experiences. They lead consultations, oversee treatment journeys, and follow up to build lasting client relationships. The role involves driving sales through effective upselling, cross-selling, and promotions to meet revenue targets. They manage the clinic's operations, ensuring high service standards, compliance, and team performance. Ultimately, they contribute to the clinic's growth by aligning customer satisfaction with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Customer Consultations and Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client concerns, preferences, and goals, recommending personalized treatment plans.
Treatment Planning and Execution: Curate customized treatment packages, ensure smooth scheduling, and oversee end-to-end execution with quality assurance.
Customer Experience Management: Deliver an exceptional client journey by maintaining high service standards, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering long-term relationships.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting packages, ensuring monthly revenue targets are achieved or exceeded.
Team Leadership and Training: Lead, train, and motivate clinic staff to deliver consistent, high-quality services and maintain professionalism.
Operational Oversight: Ensure the clinic operates efficiently by managing resources, on optimum inventory and stocks, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring compliance.
Post-Treatment Follow-Up: Monitor client progress, address feedback, and suggest additional treatments or services for continued care and satisfaction.
Reporting and Business Development: Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and suggest strategies for new services or promotions to enhance growth and profitability. Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field (MBA is a plus)
5 - 7 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in aesthetics
Skills & Competencies:
Strong operational management and familiarity with clinic workflows
Excellent communication and customer service skills for managing premium clients
Proven leadership ability to train and motivate staff
Financial acumen for budget management and performance analysis
Technical knowledge of clinic software and aesthetic equipment
