Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments (showroom, office, and corporate roles).- Conduct interviews, background checks, and ensure timely onboarding.- Coordinate induction and orientation for new employees.2. Employee Relations & Engagement- Foster a healthy workplace culture with open communication.- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.- Organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance- Supervise attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (ESI, PF, gratuity, etc.).- Maintain updated employee records and HR documentation.4. Performance Management- Implement and monitor appraisal systems.- Guide managers on goal setting and performance reviews.- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.5. Policy & Process Management- Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.- Ensure all HR processes align with company values and legal standards.- Support management in manpower planning and workforce budgeting.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.- 6–8 years of experience in HR management (preferably in retail or jewelry industry).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
