Handling projects of Bulk material handling projects of equipment’s Stacker reclaimers, Crusher Screens, Bucket wheel excavators, feeders, various mining equipment’s. Oversees and directs mining EPC & Revamp projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring they are executed safely, efficiently and within budget.Job DescriptionResponsible for Order execution/project management of various EPC & Revamp Projects & equipment orders for MHE, Mining, Cement Plants.Project Planning:Develop project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Conduct cost-benefit analyses.Team Management:Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers and operations personnel.Supervise and coordinate site team, contractors and consultants.Supply Management:Oversee Supply management including coordinating with suppliers & manufacturing unit and logistics.Ensure compliance with Quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Budgeting and Cost Control:Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.Identify future risk and mitigate potential cost risks.Stakeholder Engagement:Communicate project progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and local communities.Foster relationships with key internal & external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and suppliers.Quality Assurance:Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet industry standards.Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.Risk Management:Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks (e.g., safety, environmental, technical).Develop and implement contingency plans.Reviewing, Reporting and Monitoring:Track project performance metrics (e.g., schedule, budget, safety). WBS structure preparation and upload, go live in SAP/ERP system.Prepare and present monthly & quarterly progress reports to stakeholders. Review of Purchase order and enquiry /offer documents, Commercial terms, obligations, technical scope and deliverables. Planning scheduling of order and set the timelines for each stageMonitoring the payment follow-up and financial accounting of customer. Cash flow plan. 100% payment collection and get release of all obligations ABG, PBG and any liability as per the contract /PO.Skill Sets & Personality CharacteristicsKnowledge on MHE Plant equipment’s: - Various Conveying systems, Crushers and screening machines, Stacker –reclaimers, Bucket wheel excavators, Wagon tippler system, Ship in loaders, Pipe conveyors, etc.Excellent Communication and presentation skillsSAP/ERP knowledge, PPT skills, innovation ideasDynamic personality, well determined, target orientedSmart, Quick Lerner and grasping qualityRisk management skillsNegotiation and convincing skillsCustomer relation building skills
