Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to connect Salesforce with internal and external systems.


•Define integration architecture, best practices, and reusable frameworks for Salesforce–MuleSoft integrations.


•Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


•Develop APIs (REST/SOAP), connectors, and data transformations to support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other enterprise systems.


•Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.


•Lead and mentor a team of MuleSoft developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback.


•Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, and support.


•Troubleshoot integration issues and provide root cause analysis and permanent fixes.


•Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of integration solutions.


•Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for integration processes, mappings, and workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:
•Proven experience as a MuleSoft Lead Developer with hands-on expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.


•Strong development background in Mule 4, DataWeave, API design, and RAML specifications.


•Experience integrating Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) with enterprise systems using MuleSoft.


•Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming), and integration patterns.


•Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices for MuleSoft deployments.


•Strong knowledge of API security, OAuth, JWT, and data encryption best practices.


•Ability to lead teams, manage tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.


•Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
•MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 (Mule 4) and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.


•Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.


•Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).


•Knowledge of ETL tools, enterprise integration patterns, and API management best practices.
