Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor at Bharat Oorja Distilleries, located in Delhi, India. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage production schedules, and ensure that safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include leading a team, monitoring equipment and machinery, troubleshooting production issues, and coordinating with other departments to optimize processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production management and team leadership
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a distillery or similar industrial setting
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technical tools
  • Relevant experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
