Job Title : Senior Solution Architect.

Location : Powai Mumbai.

Working Mode : Work from Office.

Years of Experience : 10+ Years.

Responsibilities :

- Liaise with clients and business representatives to understand the needs of business.

- Customer advocacy for functional and technical solutioning.

- Well organized, attentive to details and able to meet demanding deadlines.

- Ability to Lead implementations of highly available, scalable, reliable & secured technology solutions.

- Work with Technical Architects to create system design for Reliable, Fault-tolerant and Scalable Microservice based systems.

- Ensure compliance requirements while delivering solutions.

- Taking overall technology ownership of solution implementation in terms of delivery & quality.

- Conduct existing IT Architecture review, peer review and advice right fit solutions.

- Capture and share Best practices with peers & juniors and always look for reusable solutions.

- Leading end-to-end implementations of various product deliveries with a team of Technical Architects & Project Managers.

- Help in setting up bottom-to-top learning cultures, create mentors and a culture of learning and sharing within the Engineering teams.

On-time, in-full Product Deliveries :

- Release planning, feature prioritization, negotiating delivery timelines with customer with help of TA, Project Managers and Business Analyst respectively.

- Responsible for people allocation, team planning and resource management for the product deliveries.

- Hands-on Coding Experience to help team in situations which requires expert help where Technical Architect is unable to provide.

- Wear cap of Technical Architect, Business Analyst and Project Manager while dealing different challenges around Technical solutioning, functional problems and release management.

- Create culture and processes to build strong Engineering teams and leaders within the organization.

- Collaborate with other Engineering Managers for sharing knowledge and best practices around product deliveries and release management.

- Keep yourself up to date with latest technology advancements happening in System Design, Distributed System Architecture, Microservices and advances in programming languages and frameworks.

- Designing & implementing efficient & lean technology processes (CoE) to deliver speed, agility & quality.

- Collaboration with Delivery Heads to optimize delivery SOP.

- Setting up practice of Design thinking with the team and with customers to make usable products(UI/UX).

- Work with the CTO to set the company's direction of identifying new technologies which will help us deliver business value to our customers and keep us ahead of the curve.

- Building quality leaders and teams who deliver profound business value with great architecture.

- Collaborate with the delivery & sales team to understand the need and work on defining required capabilities.

- Identify training needs within the teams to build new technology capabilities as per organizations vision and goals.

- Perform review of implementations for compliance with agreed Solution Architectures.

- Help Existing Enterprise teams for new business solution & estimation reviews.

- Frequently meet Customer IT SPOCS to take feedback on technology value delivered to customers.

- Focus on identifying, designing & creating reusable components for use across different products.

Requirements :

- Strong understanding of business process automations with strong data analytics skills.

- Ability to streamline business processes to make them more efficient when they are systemized.

- Strong understanding of Software development processes and agile methodologies.

- Ability to apply lean principles while performing business process analysis and systemization.

- Familiarity with Mobility, Cloud Engineering, Integration and large scale deployment solution engineering.

- Strong knowledge on one of the following programming languages Must : Node Js, Aws, Modern Java, Android, Kotin, Flutter, Swift.

- Experience in the design of micro-service architecture, serverless architecture, and API driven systems.

- Strong Delivery Management experience and capability.

- Good knowledge of solution & software design patterns.

- Knowledge around building large scale web solutions using docker, ansible, cloud technology ; delivering stateless applications.

- Familiarity with Relational & non-relational databases such as MongoDb, DynamoDb and caching service such as Redis, MemCache able to utilize domain-driven design while designing entities.

- Familiarity with DevOps Automation practices such as Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus repo, Docker Terraform, hands-on is required.

- Excellent communication skills & Problem-solving aptitude.

- Team Player & organizational and leadership skills.

Qualifications :

- Graduate in Engineering (B.Tech) or equivalent and above.

- Post Graduate Management/Masters in IT Systems.

- Certifications in Cloud Engineering stacks like AWS, GCP and Azure is an added advantage.

- Proven working experience as a Technical Architect / Solution Architect.
