Lead Machine Learning Engineer (5+ Years of Experience)
We are on the hunt for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to anchor our rapidly expanding team. With a blend of deep technical knowledge and a proven track record of leading innovative projects, you'll drive the development of AI-driven solutions for advanced document understanding. As a senior member of our team, you'll spearhead the integration of cutting-edge Machine Learning techniques, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering to deliver impactful and efficient AI solutions.
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of sophisticated ML models, with a focus on Large Language Models and Deep Learning, setting technical direction and innovation pace.
️ Champion the optimization of model performance, targeting efficiency and processing speed without sacrificing quality.
‍ Utilize your advanced Python skills to craft and refine AI solutions that are both powerful and practical.
Architect and oversee the MLOps infrastructure, ensuring smooth deployment, scalability, and maintenance of AI models.
Direct the supervision and enhancement of LLM pipelines, incorporating tools like Langchain, LlamaIndex, among others, to maintain our competitive edge.
Lead and mentor diverse teams, fostering a collaborative environment to solve complex challenges and push the boundaries of AI applications.
Who You Are:
A strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, adept at navigating and leading through complexity.
Deeply experienced in ML, Deep Learning, and LLMs, with a rich portfolio of successful projects.
Highly proficient in Python and transformer models (BERT, GPT, RoBERTa, etc.), with the ability to guide others in these technologies.
An expert in ML frameworks, MLOps practices, and infrastructure, ready to lead by example.
Possess 5+ years of progressive AI/ML experience in the software industry, demonstrating a trajectory of leadership and innovation.
Nice to Have:
Solid experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and a knack for integrating these tools into ML workflows.
A background in managing large-scale ML applications and mastering LangChain pipelines.
