About Us
Pinnacle Towers (“Pinnacle”) (and "Frontier Tower", our operating brand) is an Asia-centered telecom infrastructure platform with a focus on telecom towers and related assets (fiber, data centers, in-building solutions, etc.). Our launch market was the Philippines, where our subsidiary, Frontier Tower Associates Philippines Inc., is the largest tower company in the country with two major acquisitions (totaling over US$ 1 billion) for several thousand towers in addition to market leading organic build in the country. Pinnacle also has a presence in Bangladesh and recently entered Japan.
We are backed by KKR, one of the largest private equity firms in the world (over 550 billion USD assets under management). Our leadership team has founded and worked at several highly successful and leading tower companies, as well as TMT companies across Asia, Europe, Africa and the United States. Our team comprises individuals from the Philippines, USA, India and Europe with a track record of working at some of the world’s leading companies, including McKinsey, Citigroup, JP Morgan, Sprint, AT&T, and Procter & Gamble. Job description
The successful hire(s) will be joining the Strategy & Corporate Finance team during an exciting period of growth and transformative change at our firm. They will be based out of Bangalore, India and will be required to spend a significant portion of time in the countries where our portfolio companies are located (Philippines, Japan, Bangladesh, etc.)
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of analysts and interns
- Initiating and engaging in Business Development activities in markets relevant to Pinnacle
- Participating in large scale Merger & Acquisition transactions from the initiation phase to deal execution and post deal integration, including extensive financial modeling
- Detailed management and shareholder reporting
- Conducting research of targeted industries and other targets acquisitions
- Designing and developing operational models to assess and project performance KPIs
- Working with and supporting the management team of subsidiary companies across functions, inter alia, strategy, analytics, finance, and project management
- Generating relevant material and assisting in fundraising, acquisitions and management of subsidiary companies in the Philippines, Japan, Bangladesh and other countries
- Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
- Liaising with team members of advisors (legal, financial and commercial) and other stakeholders during a deal
- Consulting with the management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making with the broadest scope
What we are looking for:
An ideal candidate would possess 3+ years of work experience after their undergraduate or postgraduate degree. Prior work experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity/ venture capital or other related strategy/finance roles is preferred. The successful candidate will possess:
- High analytical skill and aptitude
- Strong academic performance
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Goal oriented
- Extensive knowledge of financial forecasting and corporate finance with a focus on financial modeling
- Solid work ethic and the ability to work both independently and in small groups
- Ability to multi-task and meet constant deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Base compensation: US$50,000 per annum (paid in USD)
- Additional performance linked bonus of up to 50% of base compensation
