Job Title : Specialist

Level : L4B1

Report to : Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain ISO-compliant management systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits.
• Maintain and improve documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, and records.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and support root cause analysis.
• Conduct ISO training sessions for employees as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance objectives are met.
• Monitor and report on performance indicators related to the management systems.
• Liaise with certification bodies, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead or support risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Information Security, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Certification in relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor,
• 2–5 years of experience in ISO compliance, quality management, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of management system principles and risk-based thinking.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with audit software and document management systems is a plus

Working Conditions:

• Work Hours: 8 am – 5 pm/General Shift/Weekly 6 days working

• Location: Eraiyur/Perambalur
