The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to conceive creative ideas and clearly express them. The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary teams to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities

- Create ideas and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of projects- Utilize knowledge of design, engineering and materials in order to create ideal finished product- Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to design intent- Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budget- Should have passion and good experience in Concept Creation, SMEP Co-Ordination, Tender Documentation & Construction Supervision on both Architectural & Interior Design Side- Should Lead and Co-Ordinate the work of a Multi Disciplined Team throughout the Design Development & Execution Phases of the Projects

Qualificatios

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Architecture- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Construction and Architecture specially in handling Large Scale Projects- Strong Organizational, Creative and Presentation Skills- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
