Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including social media, email marketing, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, client outreach, and branding activities such as packaging and exhibitions. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and contribute to our marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of social media marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, ).
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos.
  • Regularly post on social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Own email marketing campaigns by drafting compelling content, designing email templates, and managing distribution lists.
  • Coordinate with the design team or outsource to develop eye-catching visuals for OOH advertising campaigns, including billboards, transit ads, and signage.
  • Assist in identifying and contacting potential clients through email, phone, and social media to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Contribute to branding efforts by owning packaging designs, participating in trade show exhibitions, and representing the company's brand identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing to propose innovative ideas and strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
  • Basic understanding of email marketing principles and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
