What you should have:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or any related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in AEM development.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE development and object-oriented programming concepts
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and associated technologies (Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, Schedulers).
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Proficiency in integrating AEM with external systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, or other protocols.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including version control systems (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is preferred.
