About the Role

As our Amazon Ads Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our Amazon advertising strategy, managing end-to-end PPC campaigns that drive product visibility, traffic, and sales growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our advertising performance and contribute to our ambitious growth targets on the world's largest e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:
     Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads
  • Performance Analysis:
     Monitor campaign performance metrics (ACoS, TACoS, CTR, ROAS) and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Keyword Research:
     Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to identify growth opportunities
  • Budget Management:
     Effectively manage advertising budgets and allocate spending across multiple campaigns to maximize performance
  • Reporting:
     Create detailed performance reports with strategic recommendations for stakeholders and senior management
  • Optimization:
     Continuously optimize bids, targeting, and ad creatives based on data-driven insights
  • Collaboration:
     Work closely with product, content, and creative teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives
  • Market Intelligence:
     Stay current with Amazon advertising trends, policy updates, and new feature releases

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's advertising platform and Seller Central
  • Proficiency in Amazon Advertising Console and campaign management tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in performance metrics analysis
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities

Technical Proficiency:

  • Experience with Amazon advertising tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms preferred)
  • Understanding of keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
  • Knowledge of Amazon's A9 algorithm and its impact on advertising performance
  • Familiarity with marketplace analytics and competitor analysis tools

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
  • Amazon advertising certifications
  • Experience with Amazon DSP (Demand-Side Platform)
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing agencies
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization
