About the Role
As our Amazon Ads Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our Amazon advertising strategy, managing end-to-end PPC campaigns that drive product visibility, traffic, and sales growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our advertising performance and contribute to our ambitious growth targets on the world's largest e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads - Performance Analysis:
Monitor campaign performance metrics (ACoS, TACoS, CTR, ROAS) and provide actionable insights to improve ROI - Keyword Research:
Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to identify growth opportunities - Budget Management:
Effectively manage advertising budgets and allocate spending across multiple campaigns to maximize performance - Reporting:
Create detailed performance reports with strategic recommendations for stakeholders and senior management - Optimization:
Continuously optimize bids, targeting, and ad creatives based on data-driven insights - Collaboration:
Work closely with product, content, and creative teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives - Market Intelligence:
Stay current with Amazon advertising trends, policy updates, and new feature releases
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
- Strong understanding of Amazon's advertising platform and Seller Central
- Proficiency in Amazon Advertising Console and campaign management tools
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in performance metrics analysis
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with Amazon advertising tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms preferred)
- Understanding of keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
- Knowledge of Amazon's A9 algorithm and its impact on advertising performance
- Familiarity with marketplace analytics and competitor analysis tools

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
- Amazon advertising certifications
- Experience with Amazon DSP (Demand-Side Platform)
- Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing agencies
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization
