Job Title: International Sales Executive (Night Shift)

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Time: 9PM - 6AM

working Days: 6 Days

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound cold calling to prospective clients in international markets, with a focus on B2B sales processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position involves working night shifts with a six-day workweek.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Cold Calling:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in international markets.- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pitch our products/services effectively.- Drive lead generation and qualification through proactive outreach efforts.

1. B2B Sales Process:

- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.- Customize sales pitches and presentations to address the specific needs of each client.

1. Achieve Sales Targets:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Utilize sales strategies and techniques to maximize revenue generation.- Continuously identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services.

1. Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on market insights.

1. CRM Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.- Track progress, update client information, and generate reports as required.- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to achieve common goals.- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate sales efforts and resolve customer issues.- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in an international B2B sales environment.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in cold calling techniques and outbound sales processes.- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).- Willingness to work night shifts with a six-day workweek.
