About Us We are a luxury interior design firm specializing in high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Our work is defined by refined aesthetics, meticulous detailing, and seamless project execution. We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to join our dynamic design team and translate design concepts into precise technical drawings that bring spaces to life. Role Overview The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural and interior drawings, layouts, and working details based on design briefs. The role demands technical precision, an eye for detail, and the ability to work closely with designers, project managers, and vendors to ensure the flawless execution of every project. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed working drawings , furniture layouts , RCPs , electrical layouts , and joinery details as per design intent. Convert conceptual sketches and design ideas into Auto CAD drawings and presentation sets. Coordinate with designers , vendors , and site teams to ensure all drawings align with material specifications and construction requirements. Maintain drawing accuracy and ensure timely delivery of drawings as per project schedule. Update and revise drawings based on design changes or client feedback. Maintain an organized library of standard details and project documentation. Support 3 D visualization and BOQ preparation where required. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering . 3–6 years of experience as a draftsman in an interior design or architectural firm. Proficiency in Auto CAD , Sketch Up , and MS Office (knowledge of Revit or 3 D tools is a plus). Strong understanding of materials, joinery details, and site coordination . Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
