Reportees: Individual roleKey Deliverables / Accountabilities Responsibilities

  • Responsible to map clients internally as per the assigned quality parameters.
  • Responsible to analyze New Client Quality .
  • Being a strong link between the Sales and the Dealing team to ensure client activation & mapping .
  • Responsible to Track stop trades & formulate strategy for activation .
  • Responsible to drive Quality Activation in the region
  • Conducting synergy meetings between internal teams with a objective to meet set targets
  • Check gaps and conduct quality training for the sales teams for time to time and report to Management
  • Will be responsible to prepare relevant dashboards and give insights for quality improvement for end-to-end Quality assurance and auditing.

  4. Convincing skills

Essential Educational & Experience Qualification
Qualification Needed: Graduation / MBA
(Relevant Experience of Field, Suitable qualification will be preferred)

Relevant Experience: 2 Yrs + Experience in selling Financial Products

Department Designation Retail Sales Quality Analyst Position in Company

  • 40% NCB Client Activation . Definition of Quality Activation - Rs 500 brokerage per Client in a year .
  • Regular updates to all stake holders on Quality Account Sourced by Sales team
  • Being a strong link between the Sales and the Dealing team to ensure client mapping & . synergy meetings between internal teams with a objective to meet set targets
  • Reactivation of stop trading clients .
  • Achieving the Cluster Revenue target
  • Check gaps and conduct quality training for the sales teams for time to time ..Monthly Five training .

KPI Weightage

  • Broking Revenue 45%
  • NCB Client Activation 15 %
  • Client Reactivation 10%
  • Synergy meeting between different stake holders 20%

  • Training for sales team - 10%

Incentives

  • On Achieving Cluster Broking Revenue ( Slabs to be decided )
  • Incentives on Quality activation . Incentive per account .
