Performance Test Analyst

Responsibilities :

We are looking for a performance tester who is eager to understand the product features and design and is passionate about its quality. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of scripting languages to handle custom scripting needs for the required test environment and provide a performance assessment of the system / web application under test. He/she should have the eagerness to understand the software product features and design and exhibit the courage to challenge the developers on the design and feature implementation.

Candidate should be a B.E./B.Tech. or higher from a reputed Engineering College/University with more than 5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing.

Job Description:

Strong practical knowledge on JMeter, LoadRunner, LoadComplete, LoadUI or similar WebService testing using tools like SoapUIExperience with tools and techniques for performance measurement, profiling, and optimizationDatabase knowledge in Postgre, MS SQL Server, Oracle or similar RDBMSPerformance Test requirement analysisStrong knowledge in design of test framework, load simulation model, load stats calculationsStrong in test script development using JMeter with web ( webservices, REST API protocols, Fiddler toolsGood analytical skill on conducting detailed root cause analysis from E2E infrastructure layers and component perspective.Implementation experience of various innovative ideas, worked extensively in multi-layered environmentsHands on experience in performance engineering tools like DynatraceProficient in troubleshooting performance bottlenecksShould have solid knowledge of software engineering fundamentalsGood to have exposure of Agile Scrum and other SW development lifecycleGood to have knowledge of CI/CDMust have knowledge of defect management tools and defect life cycleMust have good communication skillsMust have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
