A Business Central Technical Consultant is a professional responsible for implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, formerly known as Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Navision. Business Central is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution designed for all international clients. Consultant will also work closely with the US mother organization.

The responsibility of Business Central Technical Consultant:

Job Description:

1. BC application support for global customers by email, skype or online support/training sessions

2. Give functional support to internal BC technical teams

3. Test functionality developed against business requirements

4. Driving quality, testing and delivery to ensure successful transition and client satisfaction

5. Functional configuration of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central

6. Preparation of user guides and process guidelines (Quick Guides)

Required Qualifications:

· Proficient in using Business Central with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to understand complex information and translate it into clear and visually appealing diagrams.
