8+ years of experience in leading Observability and SRE initiatives, with a focus on DevSecOps implementations.Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Observability & SRE practice, emphasizing strong ties with DevSecOps principles.Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance service reliability, security, and observability.Engage with key clients to understand their business challenges and collaboratively design solutions with a focus on DevSecOps integration.Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights into industry best practices and emerging trends in Observability, SRE, and DevSecOps.Build and lead a high-performing team of Observability and SRE experts with a strong background in DevSecOps practices.Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the practice.Business Development:Lead business development efforts, highlighting expertise in implementing Observability and SRE within a DevSecOps framework.Identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion of services, emphasizing security and observability.Demonstrate proven success in driving business growth and building successful client relationships.Possess strong strategic thinking and business acumen with a DevSecOps mindset.Specialty certification in DevSecOps is considered advantageous..
