The MarCom Specialist will be responsible for managing the companys social media presence, coordinating with our Global Marketing & Communications team, engaging with media professionals in India, and supporting internal and external communications. The role also involves creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders.

Role & responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram.
  • Coordinate with the Global MarCom team to ensure alignment with corporate messaging and branding.
  • Support the development of presentations, brochures, and internal communications.
  • Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related field.
  • 35 years of relevant experience (preferably in Aerospace, Defense, Engineering, or Technology).
  • Strong knowledge of corporate social media management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to create executive-level presentations).
  • Prior experience working with media professionals, journalists, or PR agencies in India (preferred).
