Qualys Solutions Architects are the trusted advisors to our customers, providingvaluable insights and education on asset and vulnerability management, patching, threat detection & response, compliance, and cloud and application security by leveragingthe world-class Qualys Platform. You will partner with the field sellers(Technical Account Managers or TAMs) within the Enterprise, SME, and SMB customer segmentsto achieve local and corporate growth ambitions by providingtechnical expertisefor the Qualys Platform, including leveraginga deep understanding of Qualys technologiesto propose/architect solutions based on customer requirements and business needs.We are looking for someone who has deep technical experience implementing, integrating and architecting security, compliance, and risk solutions.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is willing to roll-up their sleeves and drive for success and has strong technical aptitude.Required skills and experience:Experience building well thought out and technicallyaccurate architecture, integration, and deployment success plans that drive customer success.

Experience with Qualys or other security and compliance platforms as a practitioner, technical seller, sales engineer, subject matter expert, or customer success architect

Solid understanding and hands-on experience with asset management, patching, vulnerability management, policy compliance and configuration management, cloud and application security, and threat detection

Ability to understand and design complex architectures that solve security and compliance issues end-to-end (from identification through to remediation and recovery)

Knowledge of key industry/compliance standards and frameworks for developing and governing corporate and government security programs

Working knowledge of popular public cloud services infrastructure offerings such as AWS, GCP, and Azure at an architectural level.

Prior experience personallyengaging with customers to drive technical wins and/orresolve challenged accounts

Strong communicator – written, verbal, and presentation

Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal and presentation skills
