About Corporate and Investment Banking

The Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) team specializes in conducting global market research and works with top-rated investment research organizations, bulge-bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. The teamcaters to 8 of the top 10 global banks by working alongside their product and sector teams and supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.


What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

• Supporting investment banking firms in various tasks, such as preparation of pitch books, conducting benchmarking analysis, company comparable, precedent transaction analysis, databases, screening industry studies, ad-hoc research, and handling recurring requests as per client requirements.

• Handling responsibilities such as allocating work, running quality checks on deliverables, training and guiding team members, maintaining efficiency in ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), and conducting internal client communication.

• Providing effective, constructive, timely, and objective feedback to team members for their overall grooming and development.


What we’re looking for:

• About 5-7 years of relevant experience in investment banking

• Graduation(BTech / BA / BBA / BBE / BCom, etc) from a reputed institute, MBA in finance, master’s degree with majors in economics or accounting, chartered accountant, chartered financial analyst, or any equivalent degree

• Strong accounting and finance skills

• Knowledge of database tools such as FactSet, Thomson ONE, Capital IQ, Factiva, and Bloomberg

• Good MS Office skills

• Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
