Crystona Hotels & Resorts is a growing hospitality brand offering premium stays, fine dining, weddings, and retreat experiences in Rishikesh. We are expanding our sales & marketing team to enhance our brand presence and drive more business opportunities.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive (Male preferred) to join our team. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the hotel industry, a strong local market network, and the ability to generate leads, build relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in leisure, corporate, MICE, and wedding segments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers.
  • Promote hotel rooms, banquets, F&B, and retreat packages across different market segments.
  • Handle inbound sales queries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets set by the management.
  • Execute local marketing campaigns, promotions, and tie-ups to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Act as a brand ambassador of Crystona Hotels & Resorts in the assigned market.

Requirements

  • Male candidate preferred.
  • Based in Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Dehradun.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing within the hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler (with valid license) for local travel.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, email etiquette, and digital communication.
