Executive – Business Analyst Apply now » Date: 18 Aug 2025 Location: Delhi, DL, IN, #job-location.job-location-inline { display: inline; } Company: Hero Motocorp Function Corporate Admin,Facility Management & Corporate Real Estate Pay Band E4 to M1 Role As the Executive - Business Analyst, you will be part of the Corporate Admin & Facility Management function and will report to the Lead - Corporate Services. The purpose of your role will be to be responsible for data analysis, preparing various functional-level analytical dashboards, reports & review presentations. Additionally, manage functional contract(s) & agreement(s); new initiatives, sustainability drives for Hero office(s); digital and automation initiatives; employee engagement and wellness initiatives as part of the corporate admin & facility management team. A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 1. Data collection & Management – Gathering data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining databases 2. Data Analysis – Applying statistical techniques and analytical methods to interpret data, identify patterns and draw meaningful conclusions 3. Data Visualization – Creating charts, graphs, functional MIS, analytical dashboards and review presentations 4. Proactively analyze data and identifying areas for improvement, solve business problems and optimize processes 5. Developing reports and present findings to stakeholders, clearly communicating insights and recommendations 6. Execute functional SAP processes w.r.t. procurement (PR to PO & GRN), Invoice processing & other compliances 7. Process functional Contract(s) and Agreement(s) & their timely renewals 8. Execute / process contract vendor staff's wage, bonus, revisions & other related bills 9. Conduct initial screening/benchmarking of market product options & services, negotiation -price & terms 10. Coordinate & Support the Sustainability drive at Hero Offices (Pan India) 11. Execute employee(s) engagement & wellness initiatives 12. Contribute to Functional digitization & Automation initiatives A Day in the life The purpose of your role will be instrumental in data analysis, crafting various functional-level analytical dashboards, reports, and review presentations. You'll also take charge of managing functional contracts and agreements, driving new initiatives, leading sustainability efforts for Hero office(s), spearheading digital and automation initiatives, and fostering employee engagement.
