Mrineh is hiring a foundational Curriculum Developer / Instructional Designer to join our core team.

Mrineh is a mission-driven EdTech startup dedicated to empowering students with the essential skills they need to thrive. We are building a cutting-edge SaaS platform to deliver world-class learning experiences directly to schools across India. We're looking for an innovator to be the architect of our educational content and help us build from the ground up.

The Role: Architect of Learning

As our Curriculum Developer, you won't just be writing content; you'll be designing the very heart of our product. You will have the autonomy to transform vital skills into structured, engaging, and evidence-based learning journeys that will impact thousands of students.

What You'll Do:

  • Design & Architect: Build our curriculum from the ground up, defining learning objectives, and structuring modules using proven pedagogical frameworks (like Backward Design).
  • Create Engaging Content: Develop hands-on workshop guides, interactive activities, student workbooks, and effective assessments that make learning stick.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our Video Content Creator to storyboard and bring your curriculum to life on screen.
  • Iterate & Improve: Use feedback from schools and students to continuously refine and enhance the learning experience, ensuring our content is always world-class.

Who You Are:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a genuine passion for education.
Must-Have Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and developing educational content and curriculum from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., Bloom's Taxonomy, ADDIE).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing past curriculum or instructional design projects.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced EdTech startup.
  • Familiarity with designing for video-based or blended learning environments.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other content authoring tools.
