Deloitte India is having an opportunity for React + Java for Senior Consultant level. Short : Java Spring Boot, Microservices, REACT JS, CICD, DB / SQL, Cloud Concepts, Soft Skills (Communication), SDLC Process Detailed JD: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in React JS to join our Wholesale Credit Risk team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining complex financial applications, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our business. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java for the back-end and React JS for the front-end. System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems and ensure seamless data flow and functionality. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Requirement Analysis: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed software, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides. Security: Implement security best practices to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 5.5 to 8.5 years of experience for Intermediate Position and 8+ yrs for Expert Position in full stack development, with a strong focus on Java and React JS . Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate. Extensive experience with front-end technologies, including React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and Java Script. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or Mongo DB. Experience with version control systems like Git. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in wholesale credit risk. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of microservices architecture.
