Role Description

About the Role:

Mazuri Café is seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to lead our creative communications and customer interactions. This role combines content creation, creative strategy, and guest relations, offering the opportunity to shape our brand presence while ensuring excellent customer experience.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Banjara Hills for a Content Creator, Creative Head & Customer Executive. The role involves creating and managing engaging content, overseeing creative projects, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include content creation for various platforms, leading creative brainstorming sessions, crafting innovative marketing strategies, and handling customer inquiries and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop engaging content for social media platforms using tools such as Illustrator, Canva, OpenAI, and more.


• Collaborate with the creative team to design and execute digital marketing and promotional materials.


• Make strategic and creative decisions to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement across digital platforms.


• Manage customer interactions by responding to guest queries and inquiries via calls, messages, and other communication mediums.

  • Content Creation and Creative Head: Proficiency in writing, creative ideation, and content strategy development
  • Customer Executive: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service experience
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and familiarity with content management systems
  • General Skills: Strong organizational abilities, teamwork, and flexibility to adapt to diverse client needs
  • Beneficial Skills: Experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of current market trends
  • Educational Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field
