Reports To: Manager- ProjectsWe are looking for an individual to lead the on-site PMC team and manage the end-to-end delivery of the project. The Project Manager is the single point of accountability, responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within the approved budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety, while managing all stakeholders including the client, consultants, and contractors.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and update the overall project plan, master schedule, and budget.Lead the entire project team, including engineers, supervisors, and support staff.Serve as the primary interface between the client and all other project stakeholders.Manage all aspects of contract administration, including processing payments, variations, and claims.Chair project kick-off, weekly progress, and monthly review meetings.Implement and enforce the project's Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) plans.Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.Prepare and submit accurate and timely progress reports to the client and senior management.Key Skills Required:Project Leadership & Team ManagementStakeholder & Client ManagementContract Administration & ManagementProject Scheduling Software (Primavera P6, MS Project)Budgeting & Cost ControlProblem-Solving & Decision MakingQualifications Required:B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.PMP certification or a postgraduate degree in Construction Management is a plus.Experience Required:12 to 18 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a lead role managing construction projects from start to finish.
