Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC HR Manager located in Mumbai. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and ensuring HR compliance within the HVAC division. Daily tasks include managing HR policies, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment for all departments, ensuring timely hiring of qualified professionals.
  • Lead the onboarding process and facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote positive employee relations.
  • Implement performance management systems, including feedback, appraisals, and career development.
  • Manage compensation structures and oversee employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations across all locations.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives and provide regular HR performance reports.
  • Foster diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure equal opportunities for all employees.
  • Oversee health and safety protocols, particularly related to fieldwork and installations.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably in the engineering, construction, or HVAC industry.
  • Prior experience managing HR across multiple locations is a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR best practices, and industry regulations.
  • Proven ability to recruit and retain top talent in a technical, service-oriented industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
