Job Description We’re Hiring: AI Application Developer Locatio n: Hyderabad (On-site/Hybrid) Employment Typ e: Full-Time About the Role Coschool is seeking a skilled AI Application Developer with expertise in building AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy high-quality prompts and applications for our AI models, working closely with education SMEs, product teams, and engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, and impactful AI solutions for the education sector. Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality prompts and AI-powered applications for diverse educational use cases. Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and product teams to enhance AI-driven text, image, audio, and video generation. Build and maintain APIs, backend systems, and scalable infrastructure supporting AI models and data pipelines. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend infrastructure and prompt execution. Mentor and guide junior engineers in AI prompt engineering and application development. Stay updated on AI/ML/NLP advancements and integrate emerging technologies into production. Proactively identify and implement AI-driven solutions for internal and external use cases. Monitor and fine-tune system performance in production for reliability and scalability. Requirements Proven experience building AI-driven applications using open-source/public LLMs. Proficiency in Python and Node.js with experience in SaaS platforms (MEAN/MERN). Strong grasp of software architecture, APIs, databases, scalable systems, and algorithms. Hands-on debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization expertise. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or other ML/NLP frameworks. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, or Azure AI. Familiarity with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and agentic AI approaches.
