Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cashless Claims (TPA) Executive, based in Bengaluru. The role involves daily management and handling of cashless claims, interacting with customers to address their inquiries and issues, and ensuring efficient claims processing and management. The executive will work closely with other departments to enhance customer service and provide analytical support for claims-related matters.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Claims Handling experience
- Proficiency in Claims Management processes
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Relevant experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
