PLC Programming & Architecture: Expertise in developing, testing, and troubleshooting PLC systems.


HMI/SCADA: Proficient in Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.


VFD/Servo Drive: Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Servo Drives for motion control.


Communication Protocols: Strong understanding of MODBUS, I/O communication, and Ethernet networking.


Testing & Commissioning: Hands-on experience with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).


Machine Testing: Ability to conduct machine testing and ensure systems meet performance specifications.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement PLC programs for industrial automation projects.

- Design, configure, and troubleshoot HMI/SCADA systems.

- Integrate and program VFD/Servo Drives to control machine functions.

- Manage and configure communication protocols like MODBUS and Ethernet for seamless operation.

- Conduct FAT & SAT to ensure systems are fully operational before and after installation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

- Provide technical support and training to clients as required.


Qualifications:


- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

- 3.5+ years of experience in the automation industry.

- Proven track record of working with PLC systems, HMI/SCADA, VFD/Servo Drives, and industrial communication protocols.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to project management.
