- Ability to liaise effectively with educator coaches, faculty, and administrative teams at the Central Office.
- Skill in managing schedules, portfolios, and student data systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and professional presence.
- Ability to mentor and support learners and early-career educators.

- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Additional Role Requirements
Travel : Willingness to travel to Hyderabad periodically for training and planning.
