Job Overview


The Branch Manager - Kerala is responsible for overseeing the operations of the branch located in Palakkad district, Kerala, India. They will lead a team of junior employees and ensure the branch meets its sales targets and provides excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will report to the company headquarters in Thrissur and collaborate with other branches to achieve company goals.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good communication and sales skills to interact with customers and lead the branch team
  • Strong skills in branch development, marketing, staff handling, and customer relations
  • Ability to analyze data and report on branch performance
  • Knowledge of financial services and products
  • Familiarity with the Palakkad district market and customers
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Attention to detail, organizational and time management skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a team of junior employees at the branch
