Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Sirsa. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with private schools, and promoting Uolo's programs and services. The BDM will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth targets and support the onboarding process of new partner schools.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies
  • Experience in relationship-building and maintaining client partnerships
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of the education sector and market dynamics is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
