Role & Responsibilities:

SAP FI (Financial Accounting)

  • Configure and support sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Manage integration with MM, SD, and CO modules
  • Support tax configuration and compliance (GST, VAT, etc.)
  • Assist in financial reporting and audit support

SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

  • Define and configure order-to-cash processes
  • Set up pricing procedures, shipping points, and billing types
  • Perform gap analysis and blueprint documentation (AS-IS/TO-BE)
  • Support customer master data and credit management
  • Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams for seamless order fulfilment

Cross-Functional Roles

  • Participate in UAT, system testing, and end-user training
  • Document functional specifications for custom developments
  • Resolve support tickets and ensure SLA compliance
  • Liaise with ABAP developers for enhancements and bug fixes
  • Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors or master's in finance, Business
  • Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI and SD modules
  • Strong understanding of business processes in finance and sales
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation preferred
  • Preferred SAP Certification in FI or SD
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
