Job Description

As a Lead Software Engineer, you are responsible for design and delivery of enterprise platforms supporting Client and Employees of Fiduciary Trust International.The key items include but are not limited to; technical leadership for delivery of platform capabilities, innovate through adoption of newer libraries and products, design solutions that further the organizations digital transformation strategy and build strong teams / pods to deliver a common goal.

Leads Digital Client Platforms and Employee application team(s) to deliver on the strategic roadmap for FTCI s Web and Mobile applicationsWorks with Technical and Business Stakeholders for delivery of projects necessary to achieve the Fiduciary Trust s digital strategy (includes design, development, implementation, and maintenance of in-house developed solutions, as well as implementation and management of vendor products and services) and that adhere to regulatory, compliance, and info security needs

Works with Project Managers / Scrum Masters to plan delivery sprints and ensures timely delivery of work packets with good quality.

Provides hands-on technical leadership for a team of software developers, analysts, and additional technology consultants.

Identifies and resolves complex technical and process problems.

Updates leadership on deliveries, including production metrics, progress, and new features.
