Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, promoting, and converting customers under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. The role requires convincing households and beneficiaries to adopt solar rooftop systems, ensuring proper documentation, and guiding them through the subsidy process.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate leads for rooftop solar systems under PM Surya Ghar Yojana.

· Educate potential customers about scheme benefits, subsidy structures, and ROI.

· Conduct field visits, door-to-door campaigns, community meetings, and awareness drives.

· Assist beneficiaries in filling application forms and required documentation.

· Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.

· Maintain records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups using CRM/Google Sheets.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications

· Minimum Graduate in any discipline preferred.

· Experience in sales, microfinance, insurance, telecom, or solar industry will be an advantage.

· Strong communication and convincing skills in local language.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).

· Willingness to travel within assigned region.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Goal-oriented with focus on targets.
