They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.Designation - Production ManagerLocation - TarapurResponsibilities- Exp. of handling various novel organic reactions/synthesis in semi bulk scale (2500 L capacity) including hydrogenation/pressure reactions upto 60 bar- Min 5 yrs. experience in SCADA Operated chemical plant.- Capable to lead a team of 5 to 6 Chemists/10 to 15 Operators- Exp. in preparing SOP’s, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ documents & liaison with Govt. Agencies Like FDA, Factory Inspector etc.- Experience in Speciality/Fine chemicals/Bulk drugs will be preferred.- Experience in handling MPCB & ETP- Knowledge of SAP preferred.- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 (HACCP), HAZOP & GMP- Contribute to production planning and budgeting- Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain a safe production environment- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholdersQualifications- Ph.D. or M.Sc. in organic chemistry or Chemical Engineering from reputed university- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in chemical or pharmaceuticalRequired Skills- Custom synthesis- Process optimization- Scale-up- Process development- Analytical data interpretations
