Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BW Manager (6-8 Years) to lead a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BW and related analytics applications, with a focus on delivery, implementation & support. This role requires expertise in SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP DataSphere, and SAC Planning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP BW and BW/4HANA solutions
  • Oversee the integration of SAP DataSphere with existing data warehousing infrastructure
  • Manage SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementations, including SAC Planning modules
  • Ensure successful delivery of analytics projects within scope, time, and budget constraints
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Mentor and guide team members on best practices in SAP analytics and data warehousing
  • Stay current with the latest developments in SAP analytics technologies and recommend improvements


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP BW/BI implementations
  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial or lead role in SAP analytics projects
  • Strong expertise in SAP BW and BW/4HANA architecture and development
  • Strong project management and delivery skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)


Key Deliverables:

  • Successful implementation and migration of SAP BW to BW/4HANA
  • Integration of SAP DataSphere with existing data warehouse infrastructure
  • Deployment of SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards and reports
  • Implementation of SAC Planning modules for financial and operational planning
  • Development of a roadmap for continuous improvement of analytics capabilities
