Credit Partnerships

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Credit Partnerships & Underwriting Lead anddrive our co-lending initiatives through strategic partnerships with Business Correspondents (BCs).The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit partnership and underwriting within the financial services industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead new and manage existing partnerships with Banks / NBFCs2. Lead Credit Analysis & Underwriting of Organisations target Corporate Clients (NBFCs) and recommend investment decision to the Board3. Support Business Development team in preparation of Credit Memos and Financial Models4. Work with legal team and business development team to review term sheets and transaction documentation of Organisations target companiesRequirements:1. MBA/CA with 10+ years of experience in a client facing relationship management / Credit Underwriting in the leasing OR financial services industry (asset leasing companies / banks / NBFC / rating agencies / Venture Debt firms)2. Understanding of credit risk management, financial analysis, due diligence etc.3. Excellent stakeholder/people management skills (both internal and external)4. Superb communication and negotiation skills5. Ability to build, scale and improve processes6. Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment7. Demonstrated ability to think creatively, propose novel solutions, and solve complex challenges
