Job Designation: Detailing Engineer - PEB (Pre-Engineering Building Structure)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop 2D and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Tekla, MBS.
  • Prepare detailed shop drawings for Pre-Engineered Buildings based on architectural and structural drawings provided by clients.
  • Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and other necessary documentation for fabrication and construction.
  • Assist in resolving any design-related issues that arise during the detailing process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices related to PEB detailing.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in PEB detailing.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Tekla, MBS etc.
  • Strong understanding of PEB structures, fabrication, and erection processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes (e.g., EURO, IS-800, AISC, MBMA).

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience with advanced modeling software like Tekla, Autocad, MBS.
  • Familiarity with international standards and practices.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry
