A fast-growing staffing organization, and be part of our high-energy sales teamPosition: Inside Sales Specialist – US StaffingLocation: NoidaExperience: 7+ years in inside sales / lead generation / business development for US Staffing or ConsultingKey Responsibilities:- Identify and connect with potential clients across the US market for staffing services.- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and professional networking.- Schedule and coordinate meetings with decision-makers (Procurement, MSPs, HR, and Hiring Managers).- Collaborate with the presales and delivery teams to create customized proposals and capability decks.- Maintain CRM records, track lead status, and report performance metrics.- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in US Staffing Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Generation.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (US client interaction experience preferred).- Strong knowledge of US staffing models, time zones, and MSP/VMS ecosystems.- Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or HubSpot.- Target-driven, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
