Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Interior Civil Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in interior design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing interior civil works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and execution of interior projects (residential, commercial, or office spaces).
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material requirements.
  • Supervise site work, monitor contractors, and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
  • Handle site measurements, progress reporting, and client updates.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and maintain project timelines.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles related to interior works.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
  • Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
  • Good communication and site management skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out/civil projects.
