Keyer Specialist

Job Description
The Keyer Specialist role is responsible forreviewing determining and entering start times stop times stationlistening information and/or demographic entries (from a respondentcompleted diary) during instances when the Keyer role is unable toenter or interpret the data as recorded.
The KeyerSpecialist must use standardized and documented procedures todetermine and key the data. The Keyer Specialist is expected tomeet a specified level of processing both for throughput andquality while meeting production deadlines.
The policiesand guidelines contained in the documentation must be understoodand interpreted in order to administer the required procedures toaccurately perform this role.
The roles of Keyer andText Review must be understood and performed during peak periodswhen the vendor cannot complete workloads in order to meetproduction
deadlines
This role may assistwith special projects as need to meet critical operations and/orclient concerns JobQualifications
High Schooldiploma or GED equivalency (prefer Associates or Bachelorsdegree)
1 year experience in a production or relatedenvironment
Proven data entry skills andexperience
Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
Strong reading comprehension for documentedprocedures
Computer and typing skills (dataentry)
Ability to prioritize and organize
Proven accuracy and execution with ability to follow explicitinstructions
Ability to work in a fast paced productionenvironment and meet delivery deadlines
