Job Description

Look no further We're currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Kounsel’s Graduate Internship. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our operations team, learn from experienced professionals, and make meaningful contributions to our business processes.
Graduate Program Details
Position: Graduate Internship
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Compensation: Paid
Work Hours: USA business Hours. Timezone: EST, PST, CST or MST
Responsibilities

  • Explore various facets of our business, including operations and functional support, to develop a comprehensive understanding

  • Collaborate with internal team members to review processes and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Work alongside the team to implement proposed solutions and contribute to continuous enhancement efforts

  • Compile, organize, and format data in MS Excel to create informative reports for analysis

  • Conduct market research on ongoing business trends within the health tech industry, understanding the market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making

  • Providing reports and updates on sales pipeline, activities, and results to management, supported by strong qualitative analysis and quantitative storytelling

  • Work closely with the team on day-to-day monitoring of all business functions, assisting in the execution and implementation of cross-functional project solutions, primarily involving Sales, Marketing, Events, Training, Planning, and Go-To-Market teams


Requirements

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process)

  • Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  • Excellent English written and oral communication, and presentation skills

  • Experience in event planning and project management


General Requirements
  • Completed a Bachelor's degree within the last two years or enrolled in a Master's or PhD program.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also contributing to a team environment.
  • Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, quiet, conducive space).
