About the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance and Accounts professional to manage financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, lead day-to-day accounting operations, manage compliance, support financial reporting across the company and providing strategic financial insights to management. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely book-keeping. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis. Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards. Overseeing statutory payments to government departments and monthly reconciliations (TDS, GST) Leading monthly closing of books and coordinating with various departments for monthly closure Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Monitor key financial metrics and suggest process improvements. Oversee payroll, reimbursements, and employee benefits in compliance with labour laws.
