Summary The resources should be somebody who has been in the buying roleand has been using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) as a tool for theirpurchases. Ideally from the Travel and Hospitalityindustry ( Cruise line Industry preferred) but would consider anyother service industry that involves buying ofservices . The resource should be familiar with theconcept of online buying and the process aroundit.Someone who has been in theadmin role managing the below tasks for the Business can also bepossiblecandidates.
MustHave
  • 2 4 yrs ofexperience using SAP Commerce Cloud(Hybris).
  • Knowledge of ProductCockpit PIM ( Product Information management) in the backoffice .
  • Should be aware aboutPDP ( Product Details Page) and PLP ( Product Listpages) and what data goes in there and itsusage.
  • Should have worked on cart to checkoutprocess and understand the nuances ofpricing.
  • Should have used ASM (Assisted Service Module) and exposed to the usage of thetool .
  • Should be able to navigatein the back office to track Order Product detailsPricing etc .
  • Should understandthe concept of Navigation menu breadcrumbsetc .
