Overview : We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading and executing a wide range of design projects, from concept development to final production. Your expertise in visual communication, branding, and design principles will be crucial in delivering high-quality creative solutions that effectively represent our brand and engage our target audience. Responsibilities: Design and develop visually compelling materials, including but not limited to print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and advertisements. Lead the design process from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand project objectives, and develop innovative design solutions. Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards across all design assets. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and software advancements to continually enhance design quality and efficiency. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering feedback and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines with exceptional attention to detail. Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and production houses, to ensure accurate execution and delivery of print materials. Conduct design reviews and present concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as needed. Assist in the development and maintenance of the organization's visual identity, ensuring it is consistently applied across various communication channels. Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to align design objectives with business goals and user experience requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in BVA (Applied arts) or a related field . Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similarrole. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse designprojects, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Solid understanding of design principles, typography,layout, and color theory. Experience in brand development and maintaining brandconsistency. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with theability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas. Strong project management and organizational skills, withthe ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to provide and receive constructive feedback. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial rolein shaping our brand identity and creating impactful visual experiences for our audience.
