Educational Qualification:Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Development for automotive components such as Sheet Metal, casting, Turned Components (Turn Black), Fasteners, Gear Shafts etc
  • Costing of above-mentioned parts including raw material, process cost, tooling, and logistics.
  • End-to-end Part Development coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Support in new product development sourcing and cost estimation.
  • Collaborate with Design, Quality, and Production teams for supplier approvals and technical clarifications.
  • Must have prior experience in an Auto Components Manufacturing Company.
  • Strong exposure to Automotive manufacturing processes (press shop, CNC, heat treatment, etc.), Cost breakdown and negotiation. APQP, PPAP documentation is a plus.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
